Research Reports
in Word 2025

Project Overview

The Research Department required a more structured and visually consistent system for organizing reports, publications, and internal documentation. The goal of this project was to create a cohesive visual identity and an accessible formatting system that could be used efficiently by both designers and non-designers.

To support this initiative, I developed a Research Report Toolkit in Microsoft Word that provided standardized layouts, style guide components, formatting systems, and publication templates for department-wide use.

In addition to creating a cohesive
visual brand system to strengthen the Research department’s identity, I created a Word Research Report Toolkit an instructional guide breaking down how to use Microsoft Word for the Research department as a pdf guide use to structure publications and Research reports.

The report include components on how to use
Style Guides as a graphic design element and layout that
non-designers can use with ease.
