The Project
As part of Black Women’s Institute of Health and the Voices Unheard Survey campaign launch, I designed their sub report: “Black Women In HealthCare Leadership: Barriers and Pathways in The Greater Toronto Area.
The report recounts the struggles and barriers black women may face in the healthcare industry (RN) within the GTA.
Introduction
The report is composed of testimonials from respondents who voice their experiences in or are working in the healthcare industry.
Analytics & Data Visualization
Using BWIH colours, design data gathered for the report that is within the Institution's brand. Ensure key points are bolded to emphasize changes and next steps to improve conditions for underrepresented or mistreated minorities in the health care industry.

An instrumental design choice for testimonials: highlighting registered nurses’ responses and quotes in blue to separate them from other copy in the report.
