The Project

Designing for Social Change was a collaborative group project. In response to low admission rates, our team explored the question: How can emerging designers spark interest among high school students in pursuing careers in medicine and pharmacy at the University of Toronto?

Using user experience research and survey data, we developed a campaign concept and an app presentation designed to encourage students to consider and pursue careers in the medical and pharmaceutical fields at UofT.

The Solution

As a team contributor, I applied my skills in experiential design, project planning, and interactive design elements. Our project focused on demonstrating accessible pathways to careers in the medical and research sciences. Ultimately, our client — a representative from the University of Toronto — selected Medis-IN

MedicIN.

AODA-approved | BIPOC-focused research designed to address and remove pre-existing barriers in the medical field.
